What we keep, and why.

Two categories of information sit at the heart of the service. The first is account information: the name, email address, and city you provide during sign-up; billing details if a paid plan is chosen; and the communications you exchange with support.

The second is closet information: the wardrobe photographs you upload, the item records Aadornly derives from those photographs (category, colour family, silhouette, fabric family, dressiness), the outfits you save or mark as worn, the preferences that emerge from those actions, and the occasions you plan for.

Basic device and diagnostic information (browser, operating environment, error logs) is collected only to keep the product working. It is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

Account information exists so you can access the closet you built, receive billing documents, and get help when something breaks. Closet information exists so Aadornly can do the one job it exists to do: read your wardrobe and surface combinations, gaps, and occasion outfits from within it.

No closet data is used to train models for other accounts, and no closet data is shared with advertisers, brand partners, or retail affiliates. Gap-fill recommendations are generic descriptions written by the ranker, not links or placements paid for by third parties.

Photographs are stored in encrypted object storage using AES-256 at rest. All traffic between your device and Aadornly travels over TLS 1.2 or higher. Photographs are scoped to the uploading account and are not accessible to other users.

A small on-call engineering group can access production storage with hardware-key MFA to investigate incidents or fulfil a support request. Every access event is logged and reviewed.

Aadornly does not sell your data. Closet photographs and derived records are not shared with advertisers, brand partners, or retail affiliates for any reason.

A limited set of processors help operate the service - cloud hosting, payment processing, transactional email, and error monitoring. Each processor sees only the minimum information required to perform its function and is bound by a data processing agreement with Aadornly.

Information is disclosed to authorities only when required by valid legal process and only to the extent legally required.

Photographs and closet records are retained while the account is active. When you delete an item, that item and its derived records are removed within 30 days across primary storage, backups, and search indices. When you delete an account, the same 30-day window applies to the entire closet.

Billing and tax records are retained after account closure only for the period required by applicable tax law. Support conversations are retained for up to 24 months to help with follow-up on repeat issues.

You have the right to access the data Aadornly holds about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your closet, and request a portable export of your wardrobe catalogue and saved outfits. Preferences can be reset in a single action inside the app.

Requests can be sent from the Talk to us page. We respond inside statutory timelines and confirm every deletion by email.

Aadornly is intended for adults. Accounts are not knowingly created for anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If a guardian believes an account was created by a minor, please contact us and the account will be removed.

Aadornly uses first-party cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences (such as reduced motion or seasonal profile), and measure basic product usage in aggregate. There are no advertising cookies. You can clear these from your browser at any time without losing your closet.

Material changes to this policy are announced inside the product and by email to account holders before they take effect, so there is time to review and decide.
